How to move a Perl site to another hosting and domain?

There is access to the source site - MSQL and - FTP
The source site is written in PERL, there is even an admin panel.

There is a site to which I am trying to transfer everything (files and database transferred) (there is full access to SHH, MSQL, FTP)

But now, when opening, the following error occurs:

Software error: Can't locate setup.inf in Inc8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 . /etc/httpd) at /home/users/l/lpsite/domains/sup.lpsite.biz/cgi-bin/index.pl line 14. For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([email protected]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I did nothing but transfer the database and files.
What is wrong, what should I do?

In order for the pearl to work, you need an interpreter on the server, it seems to me that you just transferred it to the hosting.
You need to transfer to a server with perl script support.
