How to mount a partition (disk) in home/user/multimedia in Fedora?

Good evening, please help!
It costs Fedora 29, the whole system on the ssd is hdd, I want to mount it in home/user/multimedia
My actions:
Gave rights to the folder 777
edited the /etc/fstab file adding the line
UUID=D45A39A15A3980F2 /home/user/multimedia ex4 rw to the end of the file ,notail,relatime 0 0
I'm doing a reboot, my root is locked! - cannot open access to console the root account is locked
I reboot, edit the file through advanced mode, and only then can I boot safely.
Question - how do I automatically mount a partition (disk) in /home/user/multimedia ?
Thank you!

@P_Alexander

nofail != notail :D
and ext4 != ex4

UUID=D45A39A15A3980F2 /home/user/multimedia ext4 noatime 0 2
