How to motivate people to visit a YouTube channel?

Good day, not so long ago (3 days ago) I created a YouTube channel. I managed to get up to 3 thousand views in a total of three videos, but not a single person subscribed to the channel. When I went to YouTube Analyst, I saw that 98% of the views are on third-party sites (a compliment to my forcing efforts), but no one comes to the channel and does not subscribe. What am I missing? In my understanding, viewers = subscribers in a certain percentage..

There can be many reasons for this, for example:
1. Few videos. Personally, I don't subscribe to channels that don't have a lot of videos.
2. Weak content. If the videos give little sense of what I'm looking for, then I don't subscribe.
3. Rare update of the channel. If videos are rarely released, then what's the point of subscribing!?

Make it interesting for them. And to force - with a hammer on the fingers, works well.
