How to more accurately determine the user's location using Yandex maps?

Now, by ip, it determines for me with an accuracy of the city, how can I make it possible to find out right down to the street and the house?
Somewhere I heard that for this you need to connect an SSL certificate. This is true?

An SSL certificate will allow the browser to ask the user if they would like to provide their geolocation to the site. Well, i.e. this will work on mobiles that have access to GPS or WiFi.

via https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/G... you can get the user's location.
Then use it with maps to find the address.
