How to monitor Windows Radius server (NPS) through Prometheus?

I did not find any ready-made solution on the net.
The point is to parse logs and watch accepted/rejected on Windows Server 2019
Maybe someone implemented it through Grafana loki? I found the instruction, but it does not work for WinServer 2019 (problem with php script)

try telegraf c input windows_eventlog to set on the necessary radius logs - this is done through xpath query
then spit in output in prometheus format
