How to monitor traffic on linux?

Tell me a program that allows you to monitor the overall speed of traffic through interfaces, the current speed for each IP address, the amount of traffic in total for any IP address over a period of time.
I tried to find something open source for netflow, but there is no suitable one.
If not for netflow, then at least software that will run on the server through which this traffic will pass.
