How to monitor the database on another host through odbc?

I have a zabbix server. A test PostgreSQL database with C1 schema is deployed on the same machine.
I configure database monitoring on another host:

Driver = PostgreSQL
Server = 192.хх.хх.хх
Port = 5432
Database = С1 I
check the isql connection C1 user pass I
execute the query - everything returns. Except for one moment. The data is returned exactly from the local database, which is located in the same place where the Zabbix server is located.
An item configured in the interface also returns data from this local database, and not from a remote one, as planned.
Who faced, tell me what's wrong?
