Transferring Zabbix 3.2 to another server - how to do it?

Gentlemen, Zabbix 3.2 will be moved soon with a ~ 250Gb database. The matter is complicated not only by the size of the database, but also by the fact that SSDs (RAID1) are moving to a new server - now the raid is assembled through the controller, and the new server will have mdadm.
Please advise how to move with the preservation of all settings (what to copy where) and with minimal downtime.
The address of the new server will be the same as the old one, clients will not have to be reconfigured.

Moving plan from personal experience - I drove 3 times large zabbix databases to mysql from 300GB and more.
1 Install zabbix and mysql identical versions on the new server
2 stop zabbix on the new server
3 use percona-tools to make a backup of the database and take it to the new server
4 raise mysql replication from the old one to the new one
5 add the hostname/ip of the new server to the configs of all agents
6 stop myql and zabbix on old
7 remove replication on new
8 start zabbix on new
9 remove old ip on all agents
Total downtime is no more than 5 minutes.
