How to monitor sending email via Yandex SMTP?

Launched a small online service, the engine is narrowly focused, no extension is needed. Sending technical emails to users (registration confirmation, various system confirmations, etc.) is carried out via Yandex SMTP. Limits are enough. But, I would like to have some kind of email monitoring capability. Delivery, spam, and just some kind of logging of what was sent to whom.
Is there any third party solution, free or not expensive, to do this kind of monitoring?
Apart from mandrill, sendinblue, they are still too expensive for my purposes.

@firedragon

1. Raise your mail server
2. Set up logging https://www.linuxtopia.org/online_books/mail_syste...
3. redirect your program from Yandex to localhost
The logs will show the lines you need, you can configure additionally
