How to monitor GSM networks on PC?
There is a task to receive information on working GSM base stations on the PC. Of course, you can connect a bunch of USB modems through USB splitters (for each channel of each operator), run a bunch of programs like GSM SIGNAL MONITORING (for each modem) and write your own software that would summarize this information and show a beautiful sign on the screen ....
Maybe be such devices already exist or someone will offer a more convenient solution?

It is possible on arduino + GSM expansion module. The price is cheaper than one modem, but if you do it in a hurry, the information will be output to the terminal, plus you still need to make a program for it :). And if there is a craving for programming on a PC, then you can make a pretty sign
