Are there any modems with a sim card to connect to the router in the WAN port?

Good afternoon.
There are routers with two WAN ports. There was a need to reserve the Internet. There is no possibility to connect a second wired provider.
The router does not have usb inputs for connecting, for example, a 3g USB modem.
I looked at GSM modems, but they have an RS-232 output. I'm not sure that the router will be able to communicate with these modems through the RS-232 - RJ-45 adapter when connected to the WAN port.
Are there any DSL-like modems into which SIM cards can be inserted? It is the modems that get the external IP on the WAN port of the router to raise the VPN.

Well, you turned down :)
but territorially, where is it?
They 've been trying to get through to me for a month now . Persuaded, I'm waiting for a piece of iron for a test drive.
And I think it will also be clear how you act.
I believe you understand that you need a router that will work fine in conjunction with a modem.
Or the link offers a kind of beautiful solution. as if connecting to a better transmitting operator. + More static like there is.

There are no such things. Only if you take a ready-made modem router from a provider that has a LAN port and accepts SIM cards. It costs about 7 thousand.

mikrotik RB 951ui-2hnd. 5eth ports each can be isolated from each other + USB for 3g and 4g modems. Everything works - tested many times.
