How to monitor certain services on multiple Linux machines?

Recommend some kind of monitoring service to monitor several services I have indicated on several Linux machines.
I don't need a watch dog to pick them up
I don't need to aggregate their logs
I just need to get a dashboard on which the services will be green and red lights
