How to monetize email notifications?

I have a service for sending notifications about jobs on freelance exchanges.
The audience is about 2,500 thousand people, about 1,500 of them actively watch service notifications every day.
What are the possible approaches to monetize this newsletter?
My idea is to insert a text block with links of partners or from some database at the top of the letter. Does this sound reasonable and what specific sources of such links would you recommend?

As an option, you can think in the direction of the limitations of free versions. Like in the free version only 2-3 works from freelance exchanges are shown in the premium subscription all works are shown

Find a sponsor. Start looking for them among freelance exchanges. Look at what is now advertised and go. This is their target audience. Not big, but targeted. I think they can give money for a banner. But I can't tell you the price. Off topic.
