Can Outlook 13 work with personal certificates?

I was given a certificate to access exchane mail. The Mail application started up on a dozen norms and I read mail without vpn, but it is inconvenient. It's worth office 2013, I want to use Outlook, but I still don't understand where to set up certificates.

By the way: does the thunderbird work with exchange?

1. Add the certificate to the trusted root and everything will work as it should.
2. If it works with IMAP, then yes.
