How to mix audio in mono?

Sometimes on YouTube videos only play in the left ear or in the right. Therefore, I wondered if it was possible to output sound in mono?
In the audio application, it is impossible to select mono:

Can't select mono in audio app

Since the surround sound cannot be reproduced in the headphones.
