This issue was widely discussed several years ago - for Windows 7, and then a solution was found: run the mAgent in Windows Vista compatibility mode. This method also works on Windows 8, but the mAgent often freezes. Do others have this or is it just my problem? Maybe the mAgent conflicts with Kaspersky somehow - recently it began to warn all the time (when exchanging messages in the MAGENT) that it could not establish a secure connection.
I tried the TrayIt! utility, but it simply does not see the open maagent window, which means it cannot control it.
In general, I have a feeling that the development of the mAgent is abandoned. This is true? Then you have to get used to some other agent, and it is still unclear how they are with minimizing to tray.
