How to minimize a window?

There is a program that forcibly expands to full-screen mode at startup and does not allow you to switch anywhere, i.e. alt + enter, alt + tab, call the task manager, the Windows button, there is no reaction to all this.
Task: at any cost, either minimize the window, or make it work in the window. At the same time, everything can be returned to the way it was.
Is it possible to do this somehow by hand, provided that there are no admin rights on the PC? Or maybe there are some win-api functions that will allow you to complete the task?
I have an option when starting the process to inject a dll into it, which, when a certain button is pressed, will call the appropriate win-api functions to minimize the window, but I simply don’t know which functions to call.
