How to migrate user profiles in Windows 2016 domain?

Hello everyone! We have a windows 2016 terminal server, which has a system partition of only 120 GB (SSD). At the same time, there is an HDD disk (disk D), which has a capacity of 2Tb. There are currently 5 users working there. It is planned to add 50. How can I centrally configure newly opened accounts so that the USERS/%username% folder and appdata appear on the D drive?
PS The terminal server is in the domain. A solution through group policies, I think, would be optimal
