How to migrate /home to software RAID 1?

There is a machine running UBUNTU Server. Initially, one HDD with a capacity of 2TB. It has 8GB swap, / 250GB, /home 1.6TB. Now you can add another 2TB HDD (similar, bought together). How to tighten all this up so that the / home partition can be transferred to software RAID 1?
