How to migrate a wordpress site without access to its pages?

I have a site on wordpress, I have access to files and databases from the hosting control panel. However, there is no access to the site's pages, including administrative ones: its place was taken by a site from the cloud. I need to transfer it from the mysite.ru domain to the old.mysite.ru subdomain. What is the best way to do this?

Make a backup first. Create a new domain (+Ssl to it if required), copy the files to its folder. If on the same server, then the database can be left alone. You can use the Search and Replase tool - upload its folder to the root of the new site and open its path - replace the old address with the new one with this tool.
