How to migrate a site from Drupal 7 multisite as a standalone site to Drupal 7?

If I understand correctly:
1. It is necessary to transfer the files/, modules/, themes/ directories and the settings.php file from the /sites/<site name>.<main domain.ru>/ directory to the /sites/default/ directory.
2. Change the URLs (to pictures and documents) in the theme files and in the database.
How to change the URLs in the database correctly? Is everything taken into account in such a transfer plan?

Do you multisite only on files, are there separate databases?
Transfer to the folder (for modules/, themes/)
/sites/all
In the database, it is renamed via a dump:
- make a dump
- change by file search
Do it better in Linux, then there are fewer potential problems with encodings and the command is all there.

It is not necessary to transfer to sites/default, if the domain name remains the same, you can leave sites/<site name>, then in settings.php see which tables are used by the site and export them. Well, all this roll on the latest version of Drupal. Plus, you may have to copy the content from sites / all (sites / default if the site was launched from this folder) if it was used by this site. It seems like everything.
