How to merge networks with different routing into one network in Cisco Packet Tracer?
Hello.
Please tell me what needs to be done to combine autonomous networks with different routing protocols into one network, that is, so that all routers from different networks ping each other.
4 autonomous networks are configured, configured with different routing protocols: Static, BGP, OSPF, RIP. All routers within each autonomous network ping each other. It is necessary to combine Static, OSPF, RIP networks using a BGP network.
The configuration of the interconnected network is shown in the picture:
When combining into one network, additional adjacent networks were added for each router from the BGP network:
- for the BGP1 router, the network 172.16.5.0/30 was added;
- added network 150.150.5.0/30 for BGP2 router;
- added network 10.10.14.0/30 for BGP3 router.
At this stage, routers from different networks do not see each other.
Actually, what should be done next? Is it necessary, for example, to configure additional routing using the RIP protocol for the BGP1 router?
Here is the project file - download .
