How to merge multiple layers in Sketch App?

I designed the site in Sketch App, uploaded it to Zeplin.
The customer asks for some layers to be combined and poured onto Zeplin.
Namely, some decorative elements for the background.
How to do it?

Just merge these layers into a group and make it exportable. Then he can save this group as a single image.
