How to maximize the quality of email delivery?

Hello colleagues!
I use MailGun for my projects. It is easy to set up and free for small volumes.
Recently there has been a problem with the delivery of letters. The logs show that all letters reach, but the question is where? When I test sending, I send emails to mailboxes of popular mailers. Everything reaches the inbox, but some users complain that letters do not reach them. Their mail providers are the same ones that my test passes successfully.
I do not know what to do. Letters are a very important part of the business process. Registration is tied to them, sending reports to users with attached files.
Tell me how to make it cool so that the problem does not bother. After all, I, as a user of various services, regularly receive letters from them and did not notice that something did not reach me or fell into the spam box.

Deal with TP on a case-by-case basis. Conduct a self-test with sending correspondence with and without attachments to gmail, yandex, mail.
If the letter is rejected by the server, then a chipper should come from the server indicating the reason.
+ look at the logs carefully.

Была аналогичная проблема.
Проверьте не находится ли выданный Вам IP-адрес в листе блокировки?
Если адрес заблокирован хотя бы в одном листе, то пишите в поддержку. Они конечно будут говорить, что это не взаимосвязано, но настаивайте на своем - сменят.
Согласен с Сергей , необходимо тщательно изучить логи, попробуйте поискать по слову "abuse".
Постмастеры, в моём случае, просто писали что письма никакие не получали, а Мэйлган твердил обратное. Как искать письма между ними я так и не понял :)
