How to update indexes in solr for dovecot?

There is solr 6.6 in conjunction with dovecot 2.2.36. everything works and searches, but sometimes it is necessary to edit the solar scheme, which entails re-indexing all mail to apply the new scheme. The dovecot documentation for the solar plugin contains the doveadm reindex and doveadm fts rescan commands. These commands work only for user INBOX folders, they do not reindex mail in public folders. On one forum it was suggested to remove the index files (dovecot.index *) for the rest of the century, but this entails the removal of all non-standard flags of which we have a lot. Is there a way to re-index public folders without deleting index files?
