How to marry a user's SharePoint 2013 calendar and Outlook connected to Exchange 2013?

Всем привет. Есть публичный календарь на Sharepoint 2013. Этот календарь подключается к Outlook пользователей ("Календарь" -> "Подключаиться к Outlook"). Когда кто-нибудь создаёт событие в календаре - оно корректно отображается как на веб-портале, так и в подключенном календаре в Outlook. Но не работают уведомления для всех. Если настроить уведомление для события, то оно применится только локально, соответственно на веб-портале из коробки нет никаких средств управления уведомлениями. Мне же нужно, чтобы все пользователи, которые подключили к своему Outlook данный календарь, автоматически получали уведомления. Как можно обойти данное ограничение?
UPD: The task is to implement notifications about regular work for a group of users. I tried to create a Shared Mailbox (Exchange 2013) and give access to it to a group of users, notifications do not work either. Judging by articles from the Internet, the reminder works only for the main mailbox.

Write a TimerJob that will check for the start of an event and warn about its start, or use SharePoint Designer and write a process in WF4.5 with the logic of waiting for the start of an event and sending a warning about the start of an event.

Victor Buzin managed to do it through workFlow and made a group in SP. Only now, when a recurring event is created, the notification comes once and the workflow ends. How can this limitation be bypassed?
