Shareoint 2016. How do I resolve permission issues?

Installed Sharepoint Server 2016.
Under domain admin, I put documents in the library and try to open using desktop office.
exel - opens the document, but does not allow editing, referring to the lack of rights.
word - cannot open the document
There are suspicions that I screwed up with the rights somewhere, but I can't figure out what and where.
Tell me where to dig?

Perhaps the domain admin was added de facto to the local admins group, but he is not always a Farm Admin, or he did not inherit the rights.
I will list the options below:

  • Try explicitly granting permissions on the site where you are trying to do this via Site Settings.
  • Check the feature for opening documents in clients. (Open Documents in Client Application by Default) If the new OWA is not installed.
  • Look at the policies on WebApplication and perhaps somewhere on the way between the SP and the database there is a lack of rights. all docks lie in a DB or through it.
