How to mark slow sectors?

There is a disk (s) that I use for old archives and unnecessary things.

Over time, the disk began to crumble, namely, the response time (in the picture) became unacceptably increased, reaching seconds.
Is there some utility, preferably free, that will test all sectors and mark "slow" ones (with latency > 500ms) as bad. Standard applications do not help.
Upd. I would like to avoid answers: it's time to buy a new hard.
Upd2. The firmware specified in the question does not work for me.
Upd3 How to make HDD REMAP (except Victoria)? I saw everything that is indicated there and also does not suit me

Look at MHDD:
www.ihdd.ru/mhdd
But if sectors with a delay of 500ms begin to appear on the disk, you should already think about replacing the disk.

Hard disk firmware has been doing this for a long time. No programs needed. Run a scandisk full, that's enough. And it's time to buy a new hard.
If they do not help, why should there be some new ones who should help?
