How to map a column in a Power Query?

In an Excel 2016 table, using power query, I create a query to the xslx table, I load the data into a sheet. Next, you need to add a column (columns) with a parameter added manually to the received data.

The next day, by request, we update the data in the sheet, but the changes made are lost, since some rows are added in the donor, some are deleted.

How to bind the changes made to the table to the donor? There is a column with unique data (article).
