How to fix clipboard issue in Excel 2007?

I'm having some crazy problem copying and pasting from other programs into Excel.
It appears simply: Excel does not respond to the fact that I copy text to the clipboard. Those. I switch from Excel to, say, notepad++, copy the text there, return to Excel, paste... and it pastes what HE had in the buffer before.
Whose problem is this anyway? :)

This can happen if some program does not work correctly in the background with your clipboard. It could also be a macro.
Try to close all unnecessary programs and work like this.
