In someone else's excel file, in the VLOOKUP function, a Sheet is specified in the range argument, which is not in the workbook. How so?

=VLOOKUP(F2;Sheet6!B:D;2;FALSE)
At the same time, there is no sheet Sheet6 in the book, and the formula calculates without error.
How can this be?
