How to manually change the aspect ratio?

Before updating the driver for the Nvidia GeForce 610M video card, games in full-screen mode were displayed like this:

and after the update like this:

I want to return it as it was. There is no aspect ratio setting in Nvidia Control Panel. Is there any other way to change this setting other than rolling back to a previous driver version?
