How to manually attach a website domain without a panel?
Good evening! Please tell me how to manually bind a domain without access to the ISPManager panel.
Now the VDS has the ISPMANAGER control panel, but the license has expired.
Tell me how to manually add a domain so that the system sees it?
Made a new config for a new domain in etc/apache2/vhosts/www-root/
and also made a folder with the same name domain in /var/www/www-root/data/www
Restarted apache but with 0 effect.
On the side of the domain market, tied domain by IP.

The apache config takes precedence over the executor config.
If it is registered in Apache, but the site does not load, then there are errors in the config - look towards the Apache settings.
And, by the way, first of all I recommend checking the result of changing the domain records:
If it shows the IP of your server, then see the beginning of my comment)
PS When the license for the panel has expired, you should switch your consciousness to the "manual mode" of managing the server. Dig as deep as if there were no panel at all.
