How to manipulate audio streams in PulseAudio?

I want the audio stream of the application A I defined to be mixed with a microphone and sent to another application D (So that for this application the stream looks like a normal microphone). How to do this with PulseAudio?
Here is a rough schematic of what I want to do.

:D Use QJackCTL. This is a utility that is designed for just that. It can take over all audio streams, redirecting them wherever you need. Here is an example interface:
In the screenshot, jamin and ardour are programs for working with sound. In such a simple way, you can drive sound from one to another.
In general, if you are doing sound recording on Linux - Ubuntu Studio is a very convenient distribution kit. There everything is washed down and set up as it should be, usually already, it starts up with a half kick, without dancing with tambourines.
