How to manage to set tasks for others and work yourself?

Now I have to perform many different tasks - from design and layout to copywriting and finding freelancers. I also have to distribute work within a small group of copywriters and assign tasks to a few more freelancers with whom I work constantly. At the same time, I constantly need to check the quality of the work performed. But there are also my tasks that I myself have to manage to do.
If you have a similar situation, tell us how you organized the workflow.
What helped you spend less time setting tasks and monitoring their implementation, and manage to work on your own?
Interested in principles and software solutions, and in general - everything that can help.

They say there is such a hired person, the Project manager is called. He is paid money, he sets tasks and controls their implementation, reports to the chief.

Everything is elementary here, in a regular notebook you spend 15 minutes planning the day and everything is in the bag)
