How to manage product images of different extensions and formats?

Hello, I've been trying to solve this problem for a long time. I hope the collective mind will help
. There are goods and for each product there are a large number of files. RAW, Jpeg, ext. photos from different angles
There are a lot of such goods.
If, for example, you need to add a photo to a site where a certain size of a photo is located, then the corresponding photo of each product must be searched manually and double-checked, since it cannot be 100% that each product has a picture of this resolution.
Files that have different purposes are stored in each folder.
RAW - standard,
Jpeg several types (for the site, for 1C and excel, for a high quality catalog)
I see a separate application as a solution to the problem, where you can add pictures with different purposes to each product and upload them to a folder with one button. (the system itself will show where, for example, there is no RAW file, etc.
