How to manage docker container status?

Good afternoon! I'm digging docker and a question arose that the documentation could not answer: how can I keep the status running instead of up? My application starts within 30 seconds and is not running during this time. However, swarm considers that it is fully operational and starts updating the next node. How to stop this and wait for the time when the application starts?
PS: nodejs, healthcheck is registered.
