How to make ZTE MF831 work with OS X 10.11?

Has a macbook pro and a ZTE MF831 modem, I can't make friends with them. Mac sees that the modem is connected and blinks blue, then it does not see any network

I managed to see it as USB Ethernet on OS X. To do this, making the modem return to router mode from a regular modem mode via DC-Unlocker, enter AT+ZCDRUN= 9 and AT+ZCDRUN=F

1. Ask Google
2. Fumble with the manufacturer for a driver for the desired os x
3. If none of the options solved the problem, put the device on the shelf and buy a compatible one.
