How to make zoho work fine with Asterisk?

There is Asterisk 14 (Freepbx), there is a demo account on ZOHO. It is necessary to make click to call work the way it should be. Demo - not to experiment on the prod. I do it with PhoneBridge.
After clicking on the call button, ZOHO initiates a connection via AMI between the extension from the asterisk and the counterparty contact. It works. However, Zokha does not track the status of the call for some reason, and the call is constantly in the calling state, although the conversation between the softphone and the remote subscriber is ongoing.
And for some reason, PhoneBridge constantly throws some line about javaException into the log:

java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String cannot be cast to java.util.ArrayList
        at com.zohocorp.zoho.ztiadapter.ZTIAdapter$ZohoEvent.run(ZTIAdapter.java:278)

For half a day I threw 10 megabytes. How to make them good friends?
