How to make your own WYSIWYG Angular 2+?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to google about WYSIWYG with my own hands, but nothing happens :). I can try to figure it out myself with the contenteditable div.
I need some buttons, bold, link, text background, and text tooltip, I sort of understand that things like background and tooltip are unlikely to be in ngx-editor, etc. Can anyone help please, at least using bold as an example?
