How to make your own sorting of Woocomerce products depending on the selected category?

I've never encountered this before. Need help with Woocomerce.

I have 3 product categories on my site (For example: bakeries, gas stations, cafes)

The task is that I have 25 products for these categories, is it possible to somehow sort the product depending on the selected category.

Let's say we went to the bakery, one sequence of goods is displayed (for example: 1. dough, 2. khachapuri, 3. puff). We went to the gas station first comes khachapuri, then the puff, then the dough.

It is necessary for each category to make its own sequence of goods. Maybe there is a plugin? What is the best way to accomplish this task, I really need your help. Thanks in advance
