How to make your own offline map with geographic coordinates?

Hey!
The task arose to make an offline map of the area with the display of markers and geometric shapes on it according to real geographical coordinates.
I found the necessary map of the area on the net, an excellent mapping library leaflet.js, a database of the required coordinates.
The problem arose with how to bind your map to geographic coordinates.
All the googled examples, unfortunately, are based on the creation of maps without reference to the real area.

SOLUTION
1. go to extract.bbbike.org/, select the desired area on the map, specify your email, OSM XML format, click extract and after a while we receive an XML file by mail:
2. install Maperitivemaperitive.net
3. load the XML into Maperitive and write generate-tiles maxzoom=N in the console (faq on the commands wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/RU:Maperitive_book#generate-tiles)
4. fasten the resulting titles to leaflet.js
5. a bunch of tags are output by the PruneCluster plugin or others
6. profit!

@Zohei

I will comment to myself, I came across an interesting software from Yandex:
https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/doc/jsapi/1.x/dg/conce...
It is stated that it allows you to cut titles with coordinates.
It should be what you need, I will try
