How to create a map of the area with objects and search for them?
Friends help! And do not scold much if something is wrong, but I googled everything, but I can’t gather my thoughts.
The task is next. Make either a website or an application in which a small map of the area with a few dozen objects (buildings and structures) would be displayed. The map is scalable. Objects have their own names. When you click on an object, you can get a set of data, both text and images. Ideally, you should also be able to leave additional notes. And most importantly, that it would be possible to search for objects both visually (looking at the map) and through the search bar, for example, type the word "substation T-10" and the map shifted focus to this object.
Perhaps there are some simple methods, or ready-made programs for implementing such a thing. If not, then suggest how it can be implemented?

We did a project with a similar problem. For libraries.
How did we do it. They took Y. Maps and placed marks on them, the marks were taken from the database and displayed on the map. Each label has its own text. Clicked on the balloon got the content. How to make a search, in principle, I think there is nothing complicated. You search in the database and then display the found balun on the map, and remove the rest.
