Raised such a project recently.
In short:
1. The widget from the browser sends a request to the web server with the site.
2. The site sends a request to the server with the asterisk.
3. A php script with the phpagi library connected is running on the server (aster), this script initiates the execution of the Originate command on the aster ( voip.rus.net/tiki-index.php?page=Asterisk+Manager+...
This command is used to connect 2 i.e. when it is called, the master calls the "first", if the "first" picks up the phone, then the call is made to the "second", and the first one hears beeps at that time - as if the "first" himself called the "second"
If you need more details please contact

Most likely, you need to set up Asterisk, combine it with your Nec PBX, then write a script that will force Asterisk to dial two numbers (internal and external) and connect them together. You also need to figure out how to pull this script on some click event on the site. Google each individual step, you'll figure it out over time.
