How to make your fields in the sales beard?

Good evening!

Tell me, there are two funnels in transactions. And each should have its own unique fields, but in the first funnel there are mandatory fields and you need them not to be displayed in another funnel. How can I do that?

1) In the CRM settings, make the fields NOT mandatory
2) In the settings of each stage, specify "mandatory from the stage" for the fields and set the first stage in each category.
