The situation is simple to the point of banality: there is Bitrix24 CRM, where a form was created for integration into the site (WP). The form in its normal form and auto-show is normally displayed, but does not work when the button is pressed (just a script is given and it is said that you need to insert it just before the button), but the button does not cause any actions. Please tell me how to solve the problem (do not hit me for stupidity).

The button must be assigned a special ID that tracks the form's CRM call script. Take a closer look, in Bitrix24 forms there should be a button tab, and you can see the ID in it
