How to make WP work for builder?

My main activity is construction and repair. I am not directly connected with the trade in goods, but at one moment I thought - why not ride WOO, for example, as a price list from which you can quickly give an estimate, which, moreover, you can pay directly on the site or make an advance payment?

After a little googling, I looked at the Woo Product Table plugin. It allows you to present the storefront as a table. Goods in this case are estimated items that are thrown into the basket (estimate in this case).

In general, I want to hear opinions on this idea:

1. Am I going in the right direction or are there ready-made solutions that I don't know about? Maybe more successful and highly specialized plugins?

2. If the basket will act as an estimate, how can it be customized (plugin? read instructions?) so that it more or less resembles an estimate, called “Estimate” and has a “convenient” look in a mobile browser?

3. Maybe there is a way to export the "estimate" to some pdf-format, for subsequent "dropping" on whatsapp, for example?

4. If you implement a Personal Account for the customer, is it possible and how to add functionality to it in the form of correspondence, attaching photos, files, statuses, perhaps something else ...

We formed the application by saving it in the database and providing the opportunity to download it in excel, pdf or word.
The main point was to unload the office and attract a client.
