How to make when subtracting two cells with a decimal fraction, in the third cell display the fractional part of the difference as an integer?

Hello!

Is it possible to make in excel that when subtracting the numbers of two cells with a decimal fraction, in the third cell the difference of the fractional part is displayed as an integer? That is the difference of points between these numbers. For example: 41.98 - 41.56 = 0.42, but 42 would be displayed. I
'm sorry if the question is confusingly worded.
Thank you in advance!

@anderius

If you need a value, then
=ЦЕЛОЕ((B1-A1)*100)
If display, then:
Format - Number - All formats:
#,00
Almost what you need, a comma and 2 characters after it will be displayed, for example

.25
