How to make webproxy users able to get to the port forwarded to the local network?

Good afternoon. There is a router 951-2n. On it, an http port is open and forwarded to a machine in the local network. For the local network, access to the webserver is configured using the Hairpin_NAT manual, the application opens. But users who work through a proxy get refused. For me, Mikrotik is a new theme, I haven’t set it up yet, please tell me which packet comes out of the proxy in this case. Where to look to see these packets from the proxy and the connection attempt? Or maybe someone knows how I can wrap the request from the proxy back to the local network?

Mikrotik has nothing to do with it. Exclude the resource on clients - ignore for proxies.
