How to make webpack config to build bootstrap 4 and sass?

Some changes were made in the latest webpack and the extract-text-webpack-plugin does not work.
Is there a normal guide or ready-made config for building bootstrap 4 and sass? I looked at articles on Google: one water about how webpack works, without any specifics.
PS. How webpack works, I don't give a damn about the link to the guide or the config.

True, the config will not start out of the box due to the lack of -something moment of package fontawesome-pro.
But you can make a little tweak ( https://github.com/realMaxA/webpack-config) and it will work
